Injection workshop
The small-volume injection workshop is designed by Shanxi Pharmaceutical Planning and Design Institute, covering an area of 2488.8m.2, Including two production lines, respectively, PP ampoule small-volume injection production line and glass ampoule small-volume injection production line. Among them,(1)PP ampoule small-capacity injection production line is imported from Swiss Luomu Laige, a famous manufacturer of global pharmaceutical machines. It adopts advanced BSF technology and realizes the "three-in-one" of bottle blowing, filling and sealing, I .e. completing a series of difficult actions of "bottle blowing, filling, sealing and slitting" on the same equipment to minimize secondary pollution caused by intermediate links. The production capacity of the equipment has realized full automatic and intelligent control, the advanced filling method is adopted, the measurement is accurate, the loading quantity of each filling head can be adjusted through the man-machine interface, and the products of 5ml and 10ml can be produced. The filling system can realize on-line cleaning (CIP) and on-line detoxification (SIP), which meets the requirements of the new GMP. (2) Glass ampoule small-capacity injection adopts advanced 16-pin equipment filling production line and advanced filling method, realizing full automation and intelligent control, and can produce products of four specifications: 1ml, 2ml 5ml and 10ml, which meets the requirements of the new GMP.
