Infusion workshop
Large-capacity injection (polypropylene bottles, multi-layer co-extruded film infusion bags) production workshop in May 2008 by the Shanxi Provincial Medical Planning and Design Institute design, construction area of 4760m.2, of which: 100,000 clean area 358 m2, Class 10,000 clean area 1221m2, 100-level laminar flow in 10,000-level environment 34m2. The production workshop uses an independent air purification system, and the rated air volume of the blower is 35000m.3/h; The production area includes: "10,000-grade (local 100-grade) clean production area and general production area". The interior decoration materials are all 5~10cm metal color steel plates. The floor of the clean area is "epoxy resin self-leveling" floor. The lighting lamps are special purification lamps and the floor drain is double water seal. The air purification system has been verified to meet the design and production process requirements, and documents are formulated requiring QA Department to regularly monitor the "suspended particles, settling bacteria, temperature and humidity, pressure difference, wind speed, ventilation times" in its clean area. All varieties produced in the workshop have complete process procedures, and operation and management documents such as production and quality have been formulated. The process layout of the production line is reasonable, the flow of people and logistics is not crossed, the production equipment is advanced, the degree of automatic control is high, the key process, operation process and main production equipment are being verified, and can be put into use only after the verification results are qualified. There are 105 people in the workshop, including 1 workshop director and 5 deputy directors, all of whom graduated from medicine-related majors and have corresponding technical titles. The workshop consists of ten teams and groups, including "dispensing, injection molding, bottle blowing, blowing-filling-welding cover, bag making-filling-welding cover, sterilization, lamp inspection, packaging, water making and air purification. Workshop technical personnel 9, accounting for 19.1 of the total number of workshop. Most employees have many years of production practice experience, have a high professional level, can guarantee the organization of production according to GMP requirements.
