Quality inspection
The QC Department of Shanxi Nuocheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 and currently has 20 inspectors, including 10 undergraduates, 9 junior colleges and 1 Secondary specialized school. As the company's inspection center, it passed the new GMP certification in 2012.
QC Department has a construction area of 860 ㎡, and is divided into chemical measurement group, instrument group and biological measurement group. Among them, the clean room in the biological test area covers an area of 116 ㎡. The clean room is equipped with aseptic operation room, microbial limit operation room and strain passage room. According to the requirements of the new pharmacopoeia, aseptic laminar flow isolator is equipped in the aseptic operation room. Biosafety cabinets are equipped in the strain passage room to provide a good environment for inspection. The inspection environment meets the requirements of CFDA.
The instrument group has advanced high performance liquid chromatograph, gas chromatograph, infrared spectrophotometer, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, etc., which can fully meet the determination of most raw materials and preparation content and related substances.
The experience of the chemical testing team is also quite rich, which can ensure the identification, content determination and other tests, so that the test data are accurate and reliable.
