According to the Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on the Administration of Environmental Protection of Construction Projects (Order No. 682 of the State Council), and the Announcement of the former Ministry of Environmental Protection on Issuing the Interim Measures for the Acceptance of Environmental Protection of the Completion of Construction Projects (National Environmental Planning and Environmental Assessment [2017] No. 4), the commissioning date of environmental protection facilities for the project of Shanxi Nuocheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to rebuild and expand the production line of amino acid derivatives with an annual output of 2 × 63 tons and cimetidine API with an annual output of 2 × 4 tons is hereby announced as follows:

Project name: Shanxi Nuocheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to expand the annual output of 2 × 63 tons of amino acid derivatives series, annual output of 2 × 4 tons of cimetidine raw material drug product production line project
Project summary: Shanxi Nuocheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. rebuilds and expands the production line of amino acid derivatives with an annual output of 2 × 63 tons and cimetidine with an annual output of 2 × 4 tons. The project is located in Shanxi Nuocheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in the pharmaceutical park of Huairen Economic and Technological Development Zone. It designs and constructs the first workshop of raw materials and the second workshop of raw materials and its supporting environmental protection public auxiliary projects, it is designed to produce 120 tons of fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl-N-hydroxysuccinic acid imide ester (FMOC-OSU), 6 tons of N-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl-tyrosine (tert-butyl ether)(Fmoc-Tyr(tBu)-OH) and 8 tons of cimetidine per year.
